Acuity connects the same way as Calendly, under Settings → Integrations. Sign in with your Acuity credentials and grant calendar read access.
Sadakom subscribes to Acuity's appointment webhook and fires a review request once an appointment's status changes to completed.
If you use both Acuity and Calendly for different services, you can run both integrations at once — requests are deduplicated by customer and appointment ID.
