All traffic to and from Sadakom is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 on the database volume level.
Customer contact details (name, phone, email) are only ever used to send the review requests you configure — Sadakom never sells or shares this data with third parties.
By default, customer records are retained for as long as your account is active. You can request full data export or deletion at any time from Settings → Privacy.
