How negative feedback is kept off Google

1 min readUpdated July 14, 2026

When a customer taps a star rating on your review page, Sadakom checks it against the threshold you set (default: 4 stars and up). Ratings at or above the threshold are sent straight to your Google review link.

Ratings below the threshold open a private feedback form instead — no public review is ever posted. That feedback lands in your dashboard under Reviews → Flagged, tagged with the customer's contact details so you can follow up directly.

This isn't review gating in the sense platforms prohibit — every customer can still leave a public review if they choose to visit Google directly. Sadakom only decides which link its own request page shows.
