Go to Customers → Import and upload a .csv file. Sadakom reads the header row and lets you map each column to a field — name, phone, email, and an optional tag are supported.
Phone numbers should include a country code (+966 for Saudi Arabia) so SMS delivery routes correctly. Rows missing both a phone number and an email are skipped and listed in the import summary so nothing fails silently.
Duplicate detection matches on phone number first, then email. Matching rows update the existing customer instead of creating a second one.
