Sadakom polls the Google Business Profile API every 15 minutes for new reviews and rating changes. Most new reviews show up in your dashboard within that window.
You can force an immediate sync from Reviews → Google Reviews by clicking Refresh — useful right after you know a customer has just left a review.
Google occasionally delays review visibility on its own side (typically under an hour) before it's available to any third-party API, Sadakom included.
