By accessing or using Sadakom, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
The Service
Sadakom provides tools to request, collect, monitor, and respond to customer reviews and feedback. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.
Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis in the currency shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by sending unsolicited messages, violating anti-spam or telecommunications laws, incentivizing or fabricating reviews, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Customer Data and Consent
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before uploading contact details or sending messages to your customers through the Service, and for complying with all applicable marketing, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.
Intellectual Property
Sadakom and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, design, and trademarks. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit, and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third parties such as Google Business Profile and payment and messaging providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sadakom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Saudi Arabia unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify you where appropriate. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
