Once your account is created, the fastest way to see value is to send one real review request. Add a customer from the Customers tab, or import a short list as a CSV if you already have one on hand.
Open a customer record and click Send Request. Sadakom sends an SMS or email (whichever you enabled) with a link to your review page. Positive responses are routed straight to Google; anything below your threshold is captured privately as feedback so it never becomes a public review.
That's the whole loop. Once the first request goes out, set up a campaign so new customers get requested automatically instead of one at a time.
